Keeping Busy

Wed Oct 8, 2003, 11:43 PM
I have retired from a fizzle of a career in Biotech (emphasis on 'tech'). I am now the full time care provider for my daughter. We have the best time together. Where does the time go? Not to taking photographs. :)

Thanx for the :+fav: and comment on "Blue Drive [link] " and the comments on " Flowers for You [link] and "Flight School [link] !"

Blue drive was a bit of work, the actual HD platter was too reflective, so I replaced it digitally with an "AOL CD" which has a less reflective surface, which allowed me to "shine" and color it.

In "Flowers for You" the flowers were shot in a studio enviroment and were actuallly a small part of another photo. They were taken into Photo Shop where I created the background using zoom and blur filters over several layers.

Your interpitation of "Flight School" is wonderful! I'm totally flattered that you were able to capture so much from it. The unusual thing about "Flight School" is the positive comments I've gotten from the female deviants so far. I was worried it might come across as a cheezy exploitation when my goal was to portray an expression of freedom one achieves from learning.

Thanx again for all the wonderful comments, I don't know how I'll be able to respond in kind.

Pshaw, what INGENUITY! I never would have THOUGHT of just moving the camer to my other eye! I would have shuffled 2.5 inches to the right and tried to take the pictures then. I would be wondering why they wouldn't come out right! Giggle
